Wedding Favors Under Two Dollars

Looking for cheap wedding favors that do not say cheap? Either you would have to make them yourself or come across a great bargain. You can always wrap hard candy in decorative tulle and tie it with a satin ribbon and be done with it. Thats it. You have your wedding favors. They are still elegant, yet inexpensive.
