Last but not least, you could ask if he or she charges by the hour. Sometimes you my come out with a little more cash if you happen to have a short wedding and reception. If the entire event is only 2 and a half hours, but your photographer usually shoots for 5, then ask if he can negotiate an hourly rate. Of course, this is hard to find, but you never will know until you try. The risk comes in if you go over the alloted time. You could actually end up paying more because it is on an hourly basis.
