Weddings on Friday

Wedding ceremonies held on Friday or any other time during the week can prove to be somewhat inconvenient for everyone. Kids going to school, asking a day off from work and coming to the rehearsal the night before can prove to be a bit too much. On the other hand, it can put more money back in your wallet and give others an excuse to take a day off. Some wedding vendors may give you a deep discount for choosing a day during the week for your wedding, because of the lower demand for those days. You’ll be suprised at how much costs can differ. I’ve seen them differ as much as 30% from the Saturday rate. This is especially true for wedding ceremony and reception locations, wherein the time of the week plays a significant factor in price.
